Dreaming of Summer

Definitely am dreaming of the warm summer sun in this cold winter rain.

Keep On Going...

To keep on going through a day, I consume lots of caffeine. I'll gladly trade the caffeine for more rest & sleep if I could.

When work isn't going...

...and the sun is shining brightly outside on a beautiful summer day, all I really want to do is run outside and enjoy the warm day.

Sweet find

Sometimes, a wonderful dessert really does brighten up my day. Better yet is the discovery of a new treat that I've never tried before. Behold, a green tea popsicle with red beans interspersed and a simple cream side. :D

End of a Long Year

It's been a while since anything has been posted here. The past months have been so hectic and stressful, everything else became secondary. The day after finals, we went to the beach to relax and hang out. The fog rolled in while I took a 2 hour nap in the sand.

Signs of Spring

Cherry blossoms are flowering all over the city now. It's a sure sign that spring is coming and winter is leaving. 

Amusing Oddity

Sometimes, when things are just where they're not normally... it becomes extremely amusing.
My trip to the beach today revealed such a find:

Weathering out the storm

I dearly hope to weather out the storm and see the sunlight when the storm clouds finally pass. This turmoil has driven my anxiety and stress to precarious levels.

The afternoon light yesterday was lovely, casting a warm, golden touch to everything. It was a nice surprise after being in school nearly all day.
