Small comforts

Rain falling again. I hear it splattering rhythmically on the windows and roof. No going out to a coffee shop to study today~ and with a final in two days, much studying is needed.

Photo snapshot: A big mug of tea and a large bun for a late lunch =D Makes me happier while studying. I appreciate being indoors, away from the cold, and warm, yummy food to eat ^^

Unexpected rainfall

Life is full of the unexpected....and in this case, an untimely shower during one of my trips the past summer. The previous day and even the morning of, the sun was shining and bright. As there was no indicator of rain anywhere in site, I left the hotel with no jacket or umbrella (I don't think I even carried an umbrella with me on the trip). Just as I left the convention center....I was greeted with a sudden downfall of raindrops that got progressively stronger as I tried to hurry my way back to my room. In the end, I got drenched. And as you can see-- when the rain finally ceased and the sun broke out again~ I got a rather lovely view.

Ending thoughts: It's raining, it's raining, the old man is snoring. He bumped his head and couldn't get up in the morningggggg
